Contributions to Sanchez '08 are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions to Sanchez '08 are subject to the limitations and prohibitions by state law.  The maximum an individual may contribute is $500 ($1,000 per couple).  Sanchez '08 does not accept contributions from lobbyists, corporations or political parties.

RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING CONTRIBUTIONS

State law requires that we use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contribution exceeds $100 in a calendar year.

Contributions are not tax-deductible. Corporate contributions are prohibited; individuals, partnerships and other non-incorporated organizations may contribute up to $500. A non-incorporated business and its owner, partnerships with the same general partner, and other affiliated entities are subject to a single, combined limit of $500. We do not accept contributions from lobbyists, political parties or persons who are negotiating public contracts subject to Board of Supervisors approval, or who have received such a Board of Supervisors contract within the prior three months. An individual may only contribute a combined total of $7,000 to all Supervisorial, School Board or Community College candidates running in the November 2008 election.
